Wanted to rosterbate a little more

Did a draft last night with a bunch of guys from college and about 75% of the league is Chicago Cubs/Sox fans so their values are quite a bit different from most.

30 rounds, standard scoring H2H points, I was 6th in the first round.

Here's how it shook out for me:

I feel like in a 10 team league that was one of my better drafts

I love the pitching. I'd be doin' some dabbling in the OF/Bench group to get a hitter upgrade....pretty good chance you can do it.

10 team league, waivers have to be fairly sweet...a little tinkering here and there, could be nice.

I see a few, sure, but not many in super important positions I certainly don't have any in my infield and first 4 outfielders. Who'd you rather have, a vet on the downswing of their career or a young guy that could break out?

I agree with that right there. Kept having guys I was interested fall 2-3 picks ahead of mine so I kept loading up on bats and didn't take a pitcher until 46, then again at 55, but not again until 95

Schwarber went one pick after CMart at 55 lol I think he's got the potential to be a very good hitter but I'm not sure on 6th round with no C eligibility

I agree that the talent is there... this team COULD be great... But the only SAFE player I see is Freeman... There is something to structuring a team with a balance of safe and risky players... I think Jwolt is going all in with the gamble... even if this team stays mostly healthy all season, I can still see this team struggling mightily...
