That is what I think as well. With Montgomery coming from Baylor, I think this is a great opportunity for the defense to get some good looks in.

One the other hand, our offensive line. I mean wow. I am hearing about Nila and Darlington possily being out. That would give us no one on the entie offensive line with an ample amount of experience. When it comes to calling out defensive front alaignment or blitzes.

We're gonna have to be 10 deep at CB/S and a strong deep, not just bodies on the field.

Our only saving grace is being able to put points up as well.

This was the writing on the wall and Bob saw it. That's why Josh and Jay got the old heave ho. We can now score with teams. Barring turnovers (2 this game), the games will all be track meets.

Mayfield may enter the Heisman talk soon.

I said it before, Dane Evans is probably one of the better ab's OU will face this year and he had a couple of guys who could catch the ball. The way the game started, I thought OU would roll, but that all went down the tubes at the end of the 2nd quarter. The best thing is, I also knew that only OU would stop themselves, not the TU D.

Still, it should not have been as close as it was.

Got a lot of work to do before WVU, but at least it's in Norman.....oh wait.

The game really wasn't as close as the score indicated and they still won by two touchdowns. If they don't luck into that shit ass squib kick that turned into an onside kick they lose by 3 TD's. If we don't fumble the ball inside the red zone twice they lose by at least four. Then there was that garbage time TD, but I'm not ignoring that because that was another busted coverage by the safety.

Bob and Mike were noticeably aggravated with whatever Jordan Thomas did to let the team town and were not shy about saying so in the post game interviews. He better get his shit together before WVU because Mbanasor isn't ready to be a starter. His coverage actually wasn't that bad, you've got to turn around and play the ball though. Looked to me like they had a couple potential NFL receivers too, and give credit to their QB for dropping some dimes. Defense still needs a ton of work, but I also thought they had some really good series and stops. This game was a barometer for the offense we'll see in Waco. At least we have plenty of time to learn from it.

O-line was a complete patch work. Glad we've got an extra week to get healthy. Mixon gets a little better each week. Nice to to Perine get untracked. Good play from all receivers and the downfield blocking was solid again.

Also, once again the refs were complete dog shit.
