I don't get how Tomlin trying to trip the player with the ball doesn't get a flag but Pete Carroll getting hit by an official in an incident where neither one was paying attention draws an unsportsmanlike conduct flag. I know Tomlin rightly got fined afterward, but how was it not penalized during the game?
Tomlin was on the actual field, Carroll was 2 feet into the white.
