The first part is stuff we already know, but scroll to fighting the NCAA. I hope this Pitbull of a lawyer is let off his chain and takes a big bite out of the NCAA and that smug dick Emmert. Sounds like he's overcome bigger obstacles than the NCAA stonewalling against the NHL in Toronto.

The case for, against Penn State officials Gary Schultz, Tim Curley - ESPN

That's messy. The BOT has signed off, too. We'll see if the other lawsuits can get the ball rolling.

No, the BOT just agreed Erickson's hands were tied and backed him as President, they did not sign off on the sanctions, no vote was taken and none is scheduled. They are actually going to review this crap....what a brilliant idea....and proceed from there. That is why Mcombie has slowed his appeal, but not withdrawn it. Lubrano was on the Slaten show again Monday and discussed it all. He also had a post on his facebook be patient, remember, the hare did not win the race. Sounds like they are going to rip Tripponey apart and her connection to Emmert as well as some other potentially very damaging, explosive info that could shift things back to second mile and some very wealthy University donors/some gov't officials where it belongs.
