I’d say your D and losing Mayfield is what does it for me. A more legitimate o/u would be 8.5 for the Sooners. But 10? Nah

An I think WVU at 7.5 could be dicey.

Big 12 will have 2 good teams that's why OU is at 10. OU has one of the easiest P5 schedules, it's not because OU is an elite team.

10-2 seems very realistic. I only see losses in Dallas and Morgantown.

But to make money in this (the point of betting) they would need to win 11. In no way, shape or form do I see that. Plus K-St will be tough, TCU in Fort Worth is tough. 10 wins is no Gimme

They will be tough again. They got their QB and RB back. They have a DB that is a stud. RB and DB both is making some offseason All-American teams. Might be 3rd or 4th teams, but still. I think Iowa State would have beaten Texas last season if Campbell didn't have to deal with Park and Kempf played the entire time, and if they used Montgomery better.

They did lose a lot in losing Lanning and Lazard.

Who is the 2nd one? For that matter, who is the 1st one? OU won't be bad by any means but the still have Mikey so anything can happen.

Not sure about the easiest P5 schedule because OU has a lot of competition for that award!

I do think the Big 12 will be down a little this year. Tons of unanswered questions on nearly every team. No one gets to dodge anyone via weak crossover games so I could see OU dropping a game or two ala ISU in '17.

I would love to slam OU, but I am pretty confident they will have a top 15 offense. It won't be last year's offense, but you can bet it will be damn good.

I have no doubt. But betting them to win 11 games on a 12 game schedule this year seems a bit foolish.
