There is no better place than Here to watch the games. Went to the West Gate(formerly the Hilton) last year for the first day of the tourney. Total mad house. absolutely a blast.

There's only ~10 programs that have a good shot of winning not only any given year, but every year. And it's pretty much the same 10 programs.
