underclassman allowed to return to college if undrafted

Not sure if this is exactly Bret Bielema's idea to allow underclassman to return to college if they go undrafted. I have and I'm sure some of you have thought this before. I know about 1/3 of the NFL is made up of undrafted players which is a huge number so you still have a good chance to make an NFL team but still. What does it hurt to do this? NCAA benefits because you have good players returning and the individual benefits because they get another year of free tuition to finish the degree and another year to improve upon skills. Sounds fine to be....what do you guys think?

What if a kid gets drafted in the 4th round, but he thought he was a first rounder. Can he return to school in an effort to improve his position?

I also think it would depend on if they hired an agent or not, just a guess with the NCAA.
