Beltre usually stands closer to behind the batter when on deck to get a better read on pitches. MANY players do this. Ump told Beltre to get closer to the on deck circle, so Beltre grabs the movable "circle" and drags it over to where he was standing. Instead of tell him to put the "circle" back, the ump immediately tosses him.
This arrogance of the umpires continue to grow and is getting out of hand.
