Here's the early list of UDFAs and rookie camp invitees.

The guy from this batch I'm going to keep an eye on Jalen Harris, DE, Arizona. He's the only UDFA so far that mans the DE spot. Good size and has a rep for being a solid tackler, altho nothing else in particular screams as a post draft steal. I'm just hoping my 'keeping an eye on' luck will continue from last year, when the player from that batch I kept that same eye on was Jack Sanborn. And if I recall he did ok.

Some all last-name team candidates in the UDFA list.

Cruickshank (will try out at kicker but switch positions to WR)

Szmyt (pronounced Smith, if you're nasty)

Baskerville (reportedly hounds opposing qbs)

Then there's one guy with 2 entries in his name:
Callahan O'Reilly (will bring his Lucky Charms to CHI)

Ok, I've GOT to follow this guy in early training camp:

Justin Broiles, S, Oklahoma

Broiles started 27 games during his five-year run in Norman. Last season, he notched 71 total tackles while recording one interception and two pass breakups.

He posted a RAS of 1.01 during pre-draft testing.

The vast majority of rooks seeking to join the NFL usually have RAS scores ranging anywhere from the 7's up to a perfect 10. For instance, all Bears drafted were in the 8's & 9's. Here's a guy who scores a 1.01 and yet he's signed by the team!!! Shit, I probably could have tested at a 1.01 - ok, maybe not. But seriously, how can you not root for this dude. This is the ultimate underdog and should be fun watching his journey, short lived as it may be.
