The AD slot is filled. Remington's 'interim' position (60 days) could have run through Nov 25th. That would have been the Saturday after the Iowa game (24th). Remington said he "Wasn't here to fire anybody". That is now off the table. Nebraska is no longer behind the likes of Tennessee, Texas A&M, Arkansas, UCLA, etc. (who have sitting AD's) if they decide to make a change before season's end.
