A bus carrying the junior hockey team from Humboldt Canada involved in a tragic crash killing 14, injuring 14, 3 critically. Please keep the families of those killed and injured in your thoughts and prayers. Very sad.

They announced 15 now dead and 3 still critical. The semi driver had no injuries and so far is not charged, but undergoing grief counselling. Pretty sad up here in Canada.

Just took a look on Google SV at the intersection. Not sure how this happens unless the truck ran the stop sign.

Going by the below screen shot from the south approach to the intersection, it would appear this isn't the first time something horrifying has happened at this junction:

The gossip by someone close to a victim in the crash is that the truck driver didnt come to a complete stop and t-boned the bus. Police haven't said yet their take, just that the driver was not injured, released and undergoing grief counselling. Hopefully no one else in critical condition dies from this. I can't imagine what the family, friends and community are going through right now.
