You Listen carefully. Immediately refuse the low balls, especially from teams that are at or near the top of their division.

Damien Harris? - No less than a third or a young OT
Agholor? Worth a 5th but his salary will be hard to sell. Take a 6th.
Parker? 8 With spectacular catches he's made... No less than a 4th.
Bourne? 4th or 5th
Jakobi Meyers? He's got another cheap year. Leads the team in receptions and TDs. Plus he can throw. 2nd and worth it.
Isiaha Wynn? 2024 7th.

With the exception of Meyers, all are free agents at the end of 2022. None are worth compensation except Harris and he'll bring a fourth or fifth round compensatory. Trade them for whatever you can get and maybe, just maybe they'll be picks that will be better than the player they were dealt for. OR keep them, finish 7-10 let them go for nothing.
