Who are the top 25 players under 25 in the NBA? -combine everything- potential, what they have done thus far, contract, injury history, leadership, etc....this is an EXCEEDINGLY hard list to put together--- at all parts- at the top- in the middle- definitely at the end as well. Bradley Beale despite only being 24 becuase of his contract and injuries is only in my "honorable mentions" for example....when i had a tough decision to make my tiebreaker usually was in my head- would i trade this guy for that guy?---

1. Anthony Davis- NO
2. Giannis Antetokeumpo- MIL
3. Kyrie Irving- CLE
4. Karl Anthony Towns- MN
5. Joel Embiid- PHI
6. Jabari Parker- MIL

8. Andrew Wiggins- MN
9. Ben Simmons- PHI

And we're playing the giant Euro instead of Ellenson while getting crushed in SLC.
You talking about weird ears dude?

You've got too many qualifiers on this. You're making it messy for no reason whatsoever.

Beal is better than every player #15 and below even with the unnecessary stipulations.

Also, there is no fucking way Irving is a better overall player than KAT. Get outta here.

However you order them, it's a great batch of young talent. I don't think the NBA has ever been this talented top to bottom. Lotta bench guys would start for teams 15-25 years ago

My thoughts exactly.

Also, Jokic needs to be on the list somewhere near 15. Most of the guys listed later on are specialists. Jokic is extremely talented and has star potential (he is already the best player on the Nuggets).

Valunciunas is a lot better than Capela also.

Irving way to high. Lavine to high and Porter to low. But other than that not a bad list.

Kyrie is a filthy scorer and a sick ball handler.

But, Kat is a better all around player.

It's kinda like saying Steph is better than Lebron.

Love Curry.

He's not.

Simmons at 9?!?

The guy that hasn't played a single game and couldn't even lead his NCAA team to the tournament. Cmon now.

He's talented but let's see how he plays at the NBA level before ranking him there.

Look, I am not a Kyrie fan at all. I think there is a sizeable gap between the top 3 and KI. Those guys are superstar talents and KI is in that next tier. But, I can't see how you can rank Irving any lower than 4.

I think Porzingis is excellent, but not sure he will ever be a true superstar. Embiid could be, but I want to see him play 2 healthy seasons and get last minute restrictions before I am ready to label him as such. I can't even see a case for anybody else on that list above him, and it says "Kyrie hater" on my avatar.

You might be right on LaVine and Porter. I should probably move LaVine beneath Russell and Simmons and move Porter into Hood/Winslow territory. I was trying not to be a homer there.

I don't think so.

Warren is a better scorer. Winslow is probably better at everything else.

Warren's going to average 20+ a game in his prime, and his defense has been phenomenal this year. That injury really brought his stats down to earth due to a couple games where he hardly played as he was getting back into the swing of things when he returned.

I like Winslow, but Warren's ability to develop into a 2 way threat is legit.
