Tonneau cover for sure. I hate when people put caps on a truck, especially on a 4 door. Like why the fuck didn't you just buy an SUV if that was the case? I'm not saying these people should be shot, but stabbed or poisoned for sure.

I have a chainfall rigged to a tree branch. Takes me maybe 5 min. if that to pull my canopy off.

Looks like there are some that roll up and some that even are remote control.
That seems like the best idea to get it out of the way when you need to.

The cap you're kind of stuck with. It's hard to take on and off and heavy. If you ever want to haul something taller than it is, you're fucked.

we have a tonneau cover on my dads colorado works well .. easy to manuever out of the way when not needed

I haven't owned a truck in a while. I have no idea about what's out there now. I used to have a cap on my truck but always kept my fishing gear and a matress in the back.

this is also a very good point. I don't haul bulk like that often, but a cap would certainly hinder that.
