BEAVERZ just won 2-1 against Norwestern today...thriller came down to bases loaded, bottom of the ninth, 1 out...Beavers "walk it off" with a balk by the pitcher. Lolz

Northwestern changed pitchers so many times, I think their bat boy was pitching the 9th inning. Moore let them score 1 in the 3rd, but was lights out until late when replaced and the OR St pitching was excellent. The Beavers had chances with runners on 2nd and again with a runner on 3rd with chances to bring them in. It was frustrating to see them stranded when it could've been tied and the Beavs go ahead by the 7th instead of just tying it late, then waiting until the bottom of the 9th.

Beavs were cruising with a 2 run lead most of the game. Rasmussen came out of the bullpen in the 8th and almost pissed the game away by walking a batter, hitting another, throwing a wild pitch to advance them and was lucky to have gotten out of the inning with MSU only scoring those 2 to tie it at 3 all.
