Time to cut ties with JA Happ?

Is it time I cut the ties with JA Happ? He is on the DL and hasn't gotten me basically any points... He is in my keeper league.

He only has 33 points all season and is 0-3

Granted there really isn't anything out there on the SP waiver wire and I am 4-2 currently and IF Berrios continues (granted it was one performance) it should take the place of Happ

I think I change my mind...

I wouldn't add one of the pitchers just because of their points to date. I would add a good matchup I see here or there.
