Been making bloody Mary's the last three weekends gearing up for this shit. Gonna have to hit the gym a little harder to keep up cause Saturday is alcohol intake day. Sunday is curse god for your hangover day, but Saturday is teh shit.

I curl 25s as much as possible and 15s when I can't. (Yeah I'm not internet hero throwing around 50s like it is nothing.)

Situps weak ass! At least a hundred a day. Legit sit ups. All 3 sides of it. Make it hurt. Do at least 30 a side.

And when you want real stuff, double 25s with a tricep kill for 8 reps. Yep, rep 'em right, over your head.

But hey, that is for me. I've never needed leg day. Gifted, as they say.

I've yet to have a beer this year, but I'm thinking about it. Maybe on Thursday when Ohio State opens the season. I'm a diabetic, but one can't hurt. Maybe Tsingtao Beer.
