Anybody else see the stupid 4 stroke penalty at the women's golf tournament all because somebody watching at home noticed one of the players put their ball about an 1/8th of an inch the wrong way from where they marked it? The woman was about to win the tournament and 24 hours later with something like 6 holes left they inform her of this penalty. Ridiculous and why fans should never be allowed to interfere in a sporting event like this. Happening more and more as tv's are getting so clear these days. I mean seriously are fans just watching some of these events to find these mistakes? I've played golf for many years and this is one of the more ridiculous things I have ever seen.

Jesus would come down for the rapture, catch the ball just before it cleared the left field wall, and tell him well done, my good and faithful servant.

Just the tension of worrying about when young Timmy is going to finally get to have sex somewhere - somehow - is the cliffhanger I keep checking back to find out about.

Come on - do you really know what a home run feels like until you've had sex?

@Draft Crazy

I though you would enjoy this from the CU Buffs AD website:

Football Notebook – NFL Draft And Defensive Outlook

Oliver, who is a two-sport star, is also having a heck of a spring as a track decathlete. On Wednesday, he broke three 10-year-old school decathlon records in the long jump, 100 meters, and 400 meters at the California Invitational. On Thursday, he broke the 20-year-old school record in the 110-meter hurdles for the decathlon when he ran 14.46.
The cool part about his success on the track this week is that his father, Muhammad, was there cheering him on. Muhammad, like Isaiah, was also a two-sport star. He was a world-class decathlete (an NCAA track All-American) at Oregon and was also a cornerback for the Ducks before being selected in the ninth round of the 1992 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos and playing five seasons in the league with five teams (Denver, Green Bay, Kansas City, Miami and Washington).

Isiah Oliver is making a pretty big two sport name for himself at CU. He had 400 snaps at CB last year and stood out - default starter this year.

I just want to file this forum protest based on the fact that this "Boring" thread has fewer replies than the thread for the NFL Draft - even though - as we all know - "Boring" has been going on longer

There's no need for me to launch a full throated defense of "Boring" as you are all very well acquainted with "Boring's" attributes. Many of you are natural stars over here. No, I rise to make the pleading that my fellow posters here - with all the study time - and focus they have shown in the "Draft" thread - that they should have already wrapped this draft up by now. I mean, how many times can you file conjecture about R. Foster's gravity in the first round? In either case, this draft is finite - sooner or later it will be over and the last post will be made, but "Boring," my friends, runs a longer race. I will be here to welcome you back - when you have had all your fill with this year's draft.

Oh yeah.

The Bears waived Bralon Addison and the Jets waived Kenny Anunike

I honestly wouldn't mind them bringing back Anunike for a camp body and just see what happens.

He's damaged goods sadly.

I agree but for the 90-man roster I'm ok with just hoping he maybe can show flashes like he did earlier when with the Broncos. The odds are very much against him doing anything but hey why not.
