How have I changed anything I've said? You're insane. I have always considered the Rose, Fiesta, Orange & Sugar Bowls as the 4 big time bowl games. You just can't/won't accept the fact I'm right about what I've said about Jimmy Jam's CFB coaching resume.
You said he hasn't done any of those things at the college level, removing the NFL from the discussion, I pointed out he has and then you changed the argument to "at a BCS school". That's literally the definition of the phrase "moving the goal posts". Your original argument was factually incorrect, so you qualified it until it was.

He's won enough games in a short period of time at every level of football that I am comfortable with what he'll be able to accomplish in the future.

When talking about Jimmy Jam's college coaching career I've only been talking about his resume on the BCS/FBS level, you should know that because I have said that countless times. But then again you'll try to stop @ nothing to make his resume look better than it really is. I have made that clear several times exactly what I'm talking about yet you insist he's won a conference crown on that level when he hasn't.

When you are talking about a veteran baseball player’s stats, you don’t about what he did in the minor leagues.

This has to be a make or break year for him. The schedule isn't going to make it easy either.

Are Michigan fans really so shell shocked from the Rich Rod/Hoke disasters that they'd be fine with 2 straight disappointing seasons instead of improvement in year 3/4? They could very realistically end up with 4/5 losses again.

Short answer is yes. They are content being a slightly better Iowa of consistently good but never elite rather than chance disaster.

The chant from the past few years has been "WAIT TILL HARBAUGH HAS ALL HIS PLAYERS IN THERE"

Well it's year 4......so here we go.

The "QB Guru" still has not developed his own QB, relying on a grad transfer once again.

But the fifth year seniors and grad transfers aren’t his so 2019 is the season we can really judge him.

I could see him bailing after this season unless things really go his way.

Although he clearly has excellent job security no matter what happens, so maybe not.

Nah. Again, Harbaugh would have to have a 6/7 win or less season for me to consider firing him. I have confidence that given enough time Harbaugh will succeed.

So you'd be fine with back to back 8 win seasons in year 3 and 4? Seems like improvement should be expect rather than a drop off from years 1/2 and then a flat line at 8-4/5

"fine" is the wrong word. I wouldn't fire Harbaugh for it. I wouldn't be "fine" with it. But I am fine with giving him more time.

This thread was funny two years ago, but people are way too obsessed about a good coach for a pretty good team. It's kinda like they have Harbaugh Anxiety Disorder.
