im not confident.

I said something to this effect on “the other site” and was grilled by for “not being a real fan” talking this way. I’m concerned. He has looked terrible. In his 4 starts since coming off the DL his velocity had actually gone DOWN each time. If this were April, I have to think he would be on the DL. I suggested that it might not be safe to trot him out there in game 1. I’m still not sure. Obviously this is a worst case scenario and not something I expect to magically improve in a week.
