The Team Boards Suck Here

This site is pretty awesome, but I gotta ask a question. Why is there almost no action in the team forums? If there was one thing that was good about the crappy espn boards was the active team forums. Ppl actually would post regularly and you could expect to go to any teams boards before games and have some interesting conversations/banter. This site makes team pride almost seem nonexistent at times with the lack of interest in the team boards. Whats up ppl?

Yeah man, check the college football board. It's good over there. I think since there really isn't a ton of people to every fan base here, we tend to just crowd the college football board with everyone.

That's why I like to have a a couple boards to check each day. My usual routine is to wake up, check SportsHoopla, then tidefans, then tidesports...between those I get all the talk I need lol.

Some of the team boards on ESPN were high traffic, not all (though most more than here). I still remember when the Vikings team board on ESPN was the highest traffic team board, and by the end of the ESPN days, that board had long been pretty quite. A lot of the issues is on team boards, there's a tendency to run into a lot of annoying homers, or if your team sucks, I think it just wears on people to keep posting about it after awhile.
