Heatley's first hat trick came October 8, two days after Mike Richards had a hat trick against the Capitals. I think slim might be 5 points too heavy (sorry, slim), unless there was some provision for one of the first 3 or something to that extent.

While true, nobody at all picked Mike Richards (nor anyone else who got a hattie before Heater). My rules stated that the 1st hattie and 1st SO points would go towards a player who was actually listed.
