It began with Rose's first injury and pretty much completed when the dumbasses dumped a Corvette (Thibs) for a broken down Pinto (Shitberg). Horrible front office. Has been for years.

Thibs was a very good coach. Not Pops but very good. You dont dump a coach like Thibs unless you get something better. Thats just common sense 101. Thibs was one of the best coaches in the league. Hoiberg is one of the WORST

Yeah, that's a tough call on replacing Thibs. On the one hand, he oversaw the best run of success for the Bulls since MJ left.

On the other hand, he had a bad habit of running his best players into the ground so they didn't have a lot left at playoff time.

He may be one of those coaches (every league has them) who is great at getting a team to the playoffs, but just can't get them to take that last step and get to the finals.
