He would have been a CB with those super long arms and jumping ability. He played QB and CB. I understand your point though. He never proved it on the field while proving it on the court but watching those HS videos he was absolutely insane. Great return man too.

I agree he probably could have been a sick CB/return man, perhaps with a few offensive play packages too, a la Deion Sanders.

Point is, we saw him excel at the highest level in the NBA. He never played college football, let alone pro. Also, what position would he have played? QB? Probably not in the NFL. He was only 6 feet tall. Surely he would have weighed more than 165 had he chosen football, but he is still awfully small.

Unless you are projecting him as Barry sanders or Jerry Rice, he would have been highly unlikely to have anywhere near as successful a football career.

Agree. It would be hard to tell how good he would have been in college let alone the NFL. We have seen lots of superstars in college fail to make the transition to the NFL. Physical assets alone don't always translate into a good career at the higher levels. Beyond that his size would make him very vulnerable to injuries that could either end his career or at least slow him down.
