In some ways we've been lucky as the assistants turnover with Petersen at UW has been pretty minimal. Hamdan has been just such a beast with recruiting and position performance compared to what Brent Pease did. I hope we can find someone who can sustain what Hamdan did. He really delivered.

Osbourne seemed to really love UW and want to play for coach Petersen. But you've heard that music before. It probably hurts us a bit, but much will depend on who we land as a replacement.
