Do it Kyle, do it!!
Bob was saying in the cesspool just now that he doesnt hit the bottle hard until july 2nd
Is he aware it's still June?
Thats what i was wondering
The good thing for the Coyotes is if that OEL contract winds up being a nightmare they can just fake a skin condition and get out of it.
I'm waiting for the Oilers to try that ploy with Lucic.
Would be something if the coilers claimed he hadto go on ltir because he was a hunchback
I mean, it's not that far-fetched, it is a medical condition that has caused his spine to curve in that way, would we be surprised if some doctor claimed continuing to play hockey could cause paralysis?
I'd be fine with that so long as an independent third party doctor confirms the diagnosis.
Yeah, saw the OEL extension. If I was him I would have went on the market after next yr. Different strokes for different folks, I know, but I don't know if I'd want to stay a part of the Coyotes.
Andddddd his parents will be making 7 million.
what the hell.. have this still pasted to clipboard from the other thread
can't find the tweets now, but a couple of goalies wanting to move on
WAS - Grubauer wants to be a #1, so Caps looking to trade him
CHI - prospect Ivan Namilov has asked for a trade. He's been in the K, so not sure why he cares who has NHL rights at this point. Next step is prove in the AHL. Maybe Rockford Icehogs have no room?
You'd have to bone either Berube/Forsberg to make him the AHL starter. Delia got hot in the playoffs too. Lankinen could look to be coming over too.
It was funny listening to 1050 yesterday as all the TSN guys went nuts when Dreger “broke” the news that the Isles were talking to Tavares. I’m not sure when we didn’t know this was happening? He can’t talk to anybody else right now lol.
The killer part is this:
So, he might sign. Or he might meet with teams prior to free agency. Or he might try his hand at the NBA, who knows.
This whole segment was funny.
Insider Trading: Tavares focused on negotiations with Islanders - Article - TSN
Dreger thinks Hoffman is tradeable and on the market and the Sens might want to be rid of him.
Dreger also says that Karlsson is waiting to be tabled a deal on July 1, when he becomes eligible. The next paragraph, they discuss the deal OEL has already negotiated and will sign on July 1 without a hint of irony.
From Eklund (I presume), Ilya Kovalchuk is holding up the trade market for Jeff Skinner!
Here’s one, regarding Lucic, that is more just me hoping it’s true:
I will say this: a lot of people are connecting the dots to the Montreal Canadiens because they were runners up in trying to sign Lucic two years ago. I’m told there’s no way the Canadiens aren’t interested at this point in Lucic.
These guys really have all become useless, haven’t they.
Going to be a fun offseason methinks. I think Tavares should at least go to free agency. I know it's up to him but if I'm him I'm going to a team that gives me a chance of winning in the near future.
