So, three out of the 4 teams left are ranked in the Top 7 of the AP and 2 of those teams are ranked in the Top 4. If anything, it discredits your argument.

Not to be argumentative, but it would be hard for all 10 of them to still be playing.
That snark aside, I think the final 16 teams had a nice mix of programs. Most entertaining tournament. I think the best team won it and it was nice to see a team like Loyola spice it up. If anything, Michigan was a dud, but they have a couple of very nice players. Would have like to see Gonzaga in the finals.

Most brackets were destroyed in the second round. Upsets were everywhere
and yet when we got to the Final Four. We had an 11th seed...a 3 seed and 2 #1 seeds.

The title game was between a 3 and a 1
