To me the telling sign re intent was how the pitcher bowed up to Acuna.

Thinking there will be a suspension. Beyond standard 5 days is a tough one to call. Not a big proponent of payback but protecting your own is a must at times. If MLB steps up maybe less of this would happen.

I have seen the same but 5 is the standard. If I am a guessing man then it is 10 games.
