Being an offense-minded guy from Texas, he seems like a good fit. TT might not be the ideal place for a first time HC, but it would certainly be a tempting offer.

How well does he recruit? Morris just seems like a lifer coordinator more than HC.

It'll be tempting, no doubt; not sure TT fits his bill of a place that can be a championship contender though. Just have to see how much money they offer though...

He's already pulled a few kids out of Texas for the next recruiting class and had several other national ones this past cycle. Not sure if he's ready to be a HC on the FBS level though.
