Would be willing to trade 2019 5th rounder for 2018 5th rounder if anyone is interested.

@leftypower

I was literally about to ask if you'd toss in the token 4th rounder for that deal, but was hesitating as I didn't want to over-ask to get it done.
pleasure as always, feel like we've swapped a lot of pieces this off season - hope it works out for us both

(see you in the final!)

Lefty sends Gesicki/Perine/2019 4th for Pettis/Riddick/2019 3rd

Pleasure as always. Interesting how my TE's have this allure for you. Perhaps this one will actually make it through the post-season. ...

i want all of your TEs!!!!

i was actually making a few smaller offers during the draft to get back into the 2nd round for Gesicki - wasn't even a target of mine until Henry went down tho.

I've got some wishful thinking they just move him into the slot as a WR this year since he needs to develop some better blocking skills.

he was a high school volleyball and basketball star to go with lacrosse and football - this kid is an athlete and a half, hopefully enough of it translates to the NFL.

I don't care about your 5th rounder next year, but I sent you an offer for one of your 5 IDP's.

No worries on my side should you choose this offer over mine. Won't bother me in the slightest

You know, going into this I was scared to death that it would take forever, but just over 50 hours for a five round draft with a 24 hour clock is awesome. I have no reservations with using this kind of draft format again and we will definitely be doing it in this league again next year. Good luck to everybody and I can see that you guys have already been making trades and picking up free agents. Now the fun part will be cutting back to 24 by August 31st. Draft went a lot quicker and smoother than anticipated. There were not nearly as many trades that went down as I thought there would - although I know there were a lot of proposals made that failed. There were some surprising moves/players taken - some earlier, some later, some - well, just don't get. …. it was quite an interesting draft to say the least. Good luck to all - except when you play me !!!
I would imagine there will be more action over the next couple of months. ….

got multiple offers out there. We shall see.

But anyone with any ideas, I've got ample RB's and all I'm looking for is a WR to ride shotgun with Tyreek. ...

Quick review of my off season/draft

Notable Departures
Matt Stafford, Mark Ingram, Jimmy Graham, Gracon/Goodwin, Robby Anderson, Theo Riddick, Charles Clay and SB MVP Nick Foles

Notable Additions
Philip Rivers, Hunter Henry, George Kittle, Mike Gesicki, Jamison Crowder, Derrius Guice, Nyheim Hines, Jaylen Samuel, Roq Smith

Getting burned on that Hunter Henry injury took its toll, as I moved on from Graham/Clay. Kittle and/or the rook need to perform to some level of consistency

I'll have a tough time choosing which project WRs or bench IDPs to cut, can't see myself cutting any RBs with a viable pulse in this league, like the little stable I've built up

My quick review.

Noteable departures:

K. Allen
D. Baldwin
D. Adams
Fitzgerald
Prescott
Ajayi
Gordon

Noteable additions:

R. Wilson
L. Bell
N. Chubb
C. Thompson
M. Thomas
R. Matthews

Gutted my WRs to upgrade the RBs and QB. Time will tell if this was wise or not. Last year my RBs let me down, so felt a upgrade was needed and this year was good time to try for that, because I felt next year draft would not be strong at RB. Couldn't resist the offers to trade for Bell, Wilson and Thomas. All studs that I should be able to count on.

"Ricky Seals-Jones was arrested and charged with assault, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespassing in Scottsdale, Arizona this past Saturday.
Seals-Jones was arrested after he attempted to use the restroom in the W Hotel in Scottsdale. He then tried to use the facilities at the sushi restaurant located in the hotel and was again denied due to the restrooms only "available to guests." An employee says RSJ "one-hand shoved" him in the shoulder as Seals-Jones attempted to walk past staff. It’s a relatively minor incident, but who knows if anything will come of it, which RSJ could then be subject to a very minor suspension."

Hey the man had to go. .... at least he didn't piss in the lobby. Guess he will be my new Robby A. ....

Well, I'll give a review of my draft. ... I made a lot of moves to acquire picks in the first couple of rounds. Hard to tell this early if I'm better or worse off than where I started - obviously hope, and think, so. Made too many trades in the off-season to summarize here but there were many. Got to say I ended up getting 2 young RB's which I really needed and they definitely make the team look much better from a dynasty standpoint. Added what I consider to be the best overall talented QB in the draft - he may not have the short-term path to production of some others but don't feel I need that. Got a talented route runner WR I think has a very clear path to produce short and long term. Took the highest opportunity based TE that I ended up trading for my Garcon replacement/backup and a 3rd down back to couple with my rook DET RB. Lastly, grabbed a highly regarded rook LB with opportunity galore. Not a bad haul in my mind.
Picks:
1.08 - Sony Michel (never figured he would be there at this point)
1.10 - Kerryon Johnson (the RB I figured to take at 1.08)
1.12 - Micheal Gallup (perhaps a bit high but love the opportunity factor)
2.05 - Mike Geisicki (traded to Monkey for Theo Riddick and Dante Pettis)
2.08 - Lamar Jackson (had no idea when the QBs would go so grabbed there)
3.08 - Tremaine Edmunds (favored to move into the middle from day 1 - figure the Bills defense will get lots of playing time)
