Think he is going to expand the rosters for the draft. ... don't think you have to make any cuts until something like 2 weeks before the season. .... I could be wrong but he was talking like that. .... especially since it's a pay league and you cannot access the team for adds or cuts until you pay. ....

This information is hereby confirmed by the commish. I will probably actually just expand the rosters to 32 to make room for your five draft picks plus up to 3 that are on or will be on IR. Then you'll have to cut to 24 active and up to 3 IR spots by Labor Day.
