I think Denver will be the last team standing from this list. Them or Rice

if they beat St. Mary's then maybe

everyone else would have to lose before they lose to Boise State

I think it will be Weber State

It has been less than 24 hours and all these teams are now gone. Interestingly Saint Mary's (loss to Denver) Oklahoma State (lost to Stanford), and Virginia Tech (lost to Syracuse) all lost to fellow unbeatens.

Syracuse plays Stanford in Preseason NIT Final which guarantees another player will depart these ranks.

LOL, there is one team on the list that has only played 2 games so far.

A lot of the teams are going to drop fast.

The attrition is starting fast. Within less than a week we have lost almost half of the teams. Still more to come as teams finally hit the tournaments.

Of course the biggest surprise was UConn.

Tomorrow we have some guaranteed and potential losses:

UNLV (6-0) takes on UNC (5-0) so one unbeaten is gone there.

Wisconsin (5-0) travels to (4-1) BYU, a good chance Wisconsin could lose.

Denver (4-0) travles to 18 Cal (4-1), a good chance the Sunbelt loses their only rep.

Harvard (5-0) plays UCF (4-1). UCF is coming off the huge win over UConn. Harvard beat previously undefeated Florida State.

UC Santa Barbara (4-0) host San Diego State (6-1)

Murray State (6-0) battles Southern Mississippi (4-1) in Alaska.

I say UNC or Duke is the last standing on the list.

Duke should lose to Ohio State Tuesday. If Duke wins then they should remain unbeaten until late January. UNC has UNLV, Wisconsin, and Kentucky in the next week.
