The CFL could be a good fit because they have that forward motion rule so he would have a full head of steam before the snap. He is still queer though. Maybe Jeff Garcia can make a comeback too

Dominates in CFL for a few years and gets signed to 1-year deal to be RZ WR in the NFL. Kaepernick sues again because he has done all he could to get back to the NFL, like TO. Well, other than actually playing football.
