That pass guarantees a start next Sunday for Garapolo. They can also use the excuse that Beathard is not fully recovered from the injury he suffered.

Even in that short period of 4 plays you can see that Garapolo is much more poised and polished than Beathard . He has pocket awareness and knows how to extend the play. His arm is much better as well.

Should be interesting in Chicago next week.

Beathard has a knee contusion and hip strain. Not long term injuries but i would be surprised if Jimmy G isnt starting next week
