Well, there is a difference between a team that is good enough to be in the tournament and a team that has done enough to be in the tournament.

Oklahoma is a prime example. Absolute trash of a team. Won a bunch of big games in December and then the program went on drugs. Because they won those games 4 months ago they get to go get their asses handed to them in the NCAA Tournament now.

Also, they got slotted against a struggling Rhode Island team. Lucky cocksuckers.

I don’t have a problem with Nebraska not getting in, though I believe it’s obvious to anyone who knows basketball that Nebraska is a top 35 team.

I have a problem with Oklahoma. I really do. And if a bracketologist can make an accurate prediction on an entire field of teams simply based off of numbers they know the committee is going to look at.......well then, do we even need a committee?

I heard they had extensive discussions on teams, but then Jerry Palm goes and just hits “run” on his program and it spits out the same teams.

I'll say it again. If it was Duke on the front of our jerseys instead of Nebraska and still had the same record and same conference finish we'd be in, without a doubt. Nebraska's reputation and history doesn't do us any favors.

How do you reward a team that wins 13 conference games and finishes 4th in a Power 6 conference and goes undefeated at home in conference play and 16-1 overall at home with the only loss being a last second loss to Kansas?

A 5 seed in the NIT and no home games :L

Amazing what good coaching can do in such a short time. From 7 to 21 wins in one year and all the top scorers are Freshmen and sophomores too

Miles took Nebraska to the tournament in his second season, didn't he?

Miles needs to figure out how to retain players. he seems like a good guy, so the transfers/departures just screams that something is going on behind the scenes that isn't as pleasant, at least imo.

next year could setup to be pretty good, but as tons of people have pointed out, lets wait until the offseason and see who leaves.

I just assume those players aren't buying into his scheme.

Whether it's they themselves or someone telling them they aren't going to get any better as a player here or noticed.

See, that’s the part that’s interesting to me. All these guys are coming in here and standing out in their first and second seasons with the team. Then they leave.

One would have to think “okay if this is my first year here and I’m playing a huge role already, next year has to only be better yet.”

If Copeland, Palmer or Roby leave there is something really strange happening.

I mean, after this season.....if there is a single player not buying in, they’re just flat out stupid.

Buying into what? That they are talented as individuals is all they have to buy into. They beat bad teams in spite of coaching. Their talent was their only edge.
