Difference is those top ranked offenses weren't accompanied by an elite defense too. The Panthers are one of the most complete teams we've ever seen I think.

One aspect of the game that is often overlooked in pregames analysis is STs. Broncos STs have struggled at times this year, but they have been very good the past two weeks. Could be important for that to continue. In particular, need to contain Ginn.
