Well that didn't happen. Brady's only pick 6 in the playoffs was in the Super Bowl.

Oh I remember that screen pass that was picked, my bad, thought it went for 6, i forget who got him, just remember it being a pivitol play

Foles:
higher QBR (I mean they're both arbitrary)
better comp %
more total TDs
less game ending fumbles
most importantly: 7 minute Super Bowl winning drive compared to 2 separate chances that both came up empty with the game on the line.

And didnt make out with his son 3 days before the game

Careful. If we're going to start talking about "wins" as QB stats, I don't think you're going to like what the stats show about Brady.
That's a ridiculous statement. We are talking about one game that one person called the best ever. You act as if I said Foles is better than Brady or as if I said in any way that Brady was not utterly fantastic that day. Just not as good as Foles is all.

"At least Derek Jeter batted .567"

I dont remember ever caring about that when the Yankees lost a World Series

It was a pivotal play in the sense that it stopped the Patriots first drive. But the Jets didn't even score off that turnover. And Brady for the rest of the game after that was 26/41 for 264 yards, 2 TDs, and 0 INTs for a 98 rating.

So in last year's SB Donte Hightower didn't strip Ryan of the ball, Ryan fumbled.

Got it.

Play-By-Play calls it a Fumble
3rd and 1 at ATL 36
(8:31 - 4th) (Shotgun) M.Ryan sacked at ATL 25 for -11 yards (D.Hightower). FUMBLES (D.Hightower) [D.Hightower], RECOVERED by NE-A.Branch at ATL 25. A.Branch to ATL 25 for no gain (C.Chester).

Therefore yes it's a Fumble

One more loss in the big one, he joins Tarketon and kelly as the biggest big game losers in history!

Another record for Tom!

Yup. That's what happens when you go to the Super Bowl more than Eli Manning goes to the playoffs.

Well that's because Jeter wasn't very good in 2001, although he did get the "Mr. November" label.

Honestly, although true, I dont care about that, I care when the Yankees win or lose, and I know you care about the Pats winning or losing, but there are absolutely others that are just please that Brady played well, and could care less about the loss

You also didn't care when Girardi continued to insist on batting him #2 while you watched the Yankee's playoff hopes float down the drain in 2014.

Now youre being dis-honest, I did very much care, and was on board with that criticism

The late career Jeter wasnt one i was a huge fan of

Patriots scoring 4 straight TD’s then the fumble. Heart of a champion and couldn’t be stopped.

505 yards passing by Brady and the Eagles give up the 2nd most yards in the history of the NFL.

Pats only committing 1 penalty the entire playoffs

Nick Foles converted 80% of his 3rd down conversions in the 3 games of the playoffs.

The incredible grabs Philly made in that game(especially Alshon)

Brady almost converting the Hail Mary which I’m convinced would have killed the Eagles.

FREAKING PHENOMENAL. It’s so so soooo hard to win a SB.

As a football fan it was a great game.
Best ever maybe.
My only wishes were no injuries on either side and a great game.

1 out of 2...

Wrong. The two are not mutually exclusive, but correct that Ryan absolutely fumbled

Play-By-Play calls it a Fumble
3rd and 1 at ATL 36

Your auto-argue app is working great you two. Of course it's officially a fumble. Cripes.

Honestly it was like watching a Big 12 game.

Yeah, it was really exciting but I'm not sure it was indicative of what the NFL looks like when two elite, healthy teams are playing each other.

Defenses tend to wear over the course of a game. That's doubled when you consider the intensity level of the Superbowl. (the same thing happened in the Carolina-Patriots SB)

The scoring frenzy on both sides was most certainly odd but it made EVERY drive critical. With plenty of critical 3rd downs AND 4th downs.

It was an excellent Superbowl

Except for the end!
