I completely understand his frustration....
We have these stupid left turn yellow flashing lights at intersections. IDIOTS either A.) Think the world revolves around them and if they go everyone will stop for them, or B.) Think they can make the turn before oncoming traffic meets the intersection.
Its the dumbest thing.
