Couldn't agree more.

The guy had flashes this year, and appeared in every game. He can hit, and showed he has good enough hands.

You can argue about the post-season success, but the Bengals plan of draft, develop, and re-sign has been working very, very well. They have done an excellent job of reaching out to players and trying to retain them while also keeping a balance between the $$$ needed for the rest of the team.

But really, this shouldn't be a surprise. They've been doing this for years now.
