unfortunately, our police are afraid of "offending" any of these assholes who can file brutality charges.
and the courts have historically been even softer.

That's really what the problem is, especially with all the camera phones and such. As far as I'm concerned, I'm all for police brutality when it comes to situations like this. If you don't want to get beaten by a baton, don't riot and don't be in the area of rioters. The courts are the biggest problem of all!!!

I almost forgot the fireworks. I was feeling petty good from the #9's after the game.

It's very difficult to be a repeat champion these days, but the B's have a good combination of experience and young players in their lineup. Seguin is just going to get better (and he's already pretty good), Marchand, Lucic, Horton, Bergeron etc. and then you have Boychuk, Seidenberg and McQuaid along with Lurch on defense. Thomas and Rask in net. Solid, solid team.

I jumped off of something during the celebration, must've landed wrong, cause I am feeling it yesterday and today. I was at the craziness at the North Station, what a fucking blast. Mosh pits, chicks flashing, fireworks, chants, flags waving... I am so pissed I am missing the parade.

Aye, but can TT do it again? I think our offense will be significantly better next season, but I think our goaltending may drop off a tad, maybe it will balance out?
