Kawhi was clearly a top 3 player last year. He barely played this season. Doesn't change facts that he was top 3 last year. Whether or not he gets back will depend on his health and if the year away negatively impacts his game.

Kawhi hasn't been a top 100 player this year because he hasn't played.
