I love Sproles, but the thing I loved most about that was Boykin going full speed and getting in front of the last guy who had a chance to stop Sproles - without drawing a block in the back penalty that is too frequent is those situations.

The best part is the move he puts on the poor punter.

I like Sproles running style of quickly finding a hole and then running straight ahead. So, thinking of Murray and Matthews you can choose to focus on running hard or power or whatever. I look at it as following the play call. They have cutback ability for sure. Shady had the ability to juke, its different than having vision and knowing when and where to cutback. IDK how everything will work out, but one thing I can say after 2 years of Chipwagon and All-22 articles and watching the games, I believe in Chip's play designs and calls, and how he sets up things during the game.

While others like to complain, I can see where if the players made better decisions or physically executed certain plays better, then we would have had even better results. I don't think the players have fit the scheme 100% yet, and this year the less Cooper and Celek have to be on the field, the better as far as fitting the scheme. Spread the field with legit WR options and run the ball up the middle behind the 5 OL is what will max the potential of this O. Sacrificing receiving threats because we "need" blocking help has hurt us some in these first 2 years.

who paid cooper again?

I do love sproles. Truly Jersey worthy, even if he doesn't stay here long. I watched 2 games last year where McCoy kept hitting a wall at the LOS, and seemed to find nothing after 3-4 attempts. Then gave it to sproles - boom 15 yards. And did that several times. How in the world could the coaches not see that and utilize him more??
