This is based mainly of on field performance. Right now there are teams that probably should be in the top 25 that aren't because they lost to a good team, but until we get more results this is what I have and it will change dramatically from week to week.
Time to throw out my old poll and start over again (mostly)
1. Alabama - Still some questions with how the offense played early and USC quit.
2. Houston - very impressive win
3. Clemson - offensive line is a concern
4. Ohio State- Young but dangerously talented
5. Stanford- Their offense actually had less trouble than I thought it would
6. Michigan - Looked dominant, but Hawai'i has the worst case of jet-lag ever seen
7. Iowa - Fine start for Iowa
8. Texas - One of the most improved teams in the nation, this team looked great.
9. Florida State - The way they started is extremely concerning, they didn't look good until their receivers had no defenders within 5 yards of them.
10. Wisconsin - That defense is very good, and their offense is better than it has been since Melvin Gordon left
11. Oklahoma - I wasn't going to rank a team that lost in the top 10, this is still a very talented team
12. Oklahoma State
13. Oregon - I'm starting to have second thoughts about a resurgence that defense might still be very bad
14. Notre Dame - They honestly looked like a good team also, not something you usually say when someone loses to an unranked team
15. Georgia- They were down 24-14 when I last looked at the game, so I'm not sure about this one.
16. Tennessee - Struggled and were fortunate to survive Appalachian State, I'm dropping them in case it's their struggles at the same time that Appalachian defense had a surprising amount of speed.
17. TCU - A shootout against South Dakota State was sure unexpected, but those Dakota schools can be tricky we'll see if they improve for now I'm lowering them.
18. Washington - This might be a little high as they lost 6 games last year but they were dominant in their opener
19. San Diego State - They handled business but we'll see if this is different than the usual San Diego State teams this week.
20. Michigan State - I gave them one of their lowest rankings in preseason because their offense concerned me, well after only 28 points against Furman I'm a little more concerned.
21. BYU - Nice season opening win for BYU, they could be in for another good year.
22. LSU- While Wisconsin's defense was great, LSU's offense is a concern
23. Texas A&M - another nice season opening win, keeping them low in my rankings until they prove they aren't following the same routine
24. South Florida
25. Colorado - They looked the best they had in years, time to give them a vote for the first time in forever it feels like, I'll enjoy ranking them until they get mauled by Michigan in two weeks.

Yeah... Yeah... Yeah I know I will get hate on this post because of how low I put Tenn. and Texas... But I think this is the best list in my opinion... Texas simply shouldn't be #11 they beat Notre Dame by only 3 in 2OT (not saying they don't deserve a rank I mean hell that was a great game but it was only Week 1 let's see how they do going forward.) I am pretty sure @MarkOU and @TigerBait1971 Like my list
