I think the Utes could be a top 25 team; maybe even top 20. But the only Pac squads I think could be top 15 are Washington & Oregon - and possibly Washington St. & Stanford - but not all at once. Some in that quartet will be knocking each other off.

All I am saying is that I expect them to be the ones contending for the conference from the South and I also wouldn't be surprised if they beat Washington and Washington St. You have been made aware lol, keep an eye on the Utes.

I cannot see Texas as number 5. They would have to beat LSU before I get impressed.

Not only Syracuse, but it's a few teams they somehow missed.

Army, Cincinnati, Boise State, Syracuse... Just to name a few. All they had to do was watch the games last season. Pretty easy task.

How good Utah can be may well be riding on whether their offense can produce. They've kind of been a lesser version of a reverse Oklahoma. Defense has had to carry and unequal share of the burden. JMO
