An offensive co-ordinator for Miami.

A "life-coach" for Minnesota to follow the players around to make sure they ain't doing stupid shit.

FG kicking coach I guess.

But I'm sure Saban is thinking - extra recruiter.
Really a full-time recruiter is not a bad idea though.

We need a new OC. Our HC is trying to be both and it is not working.

And a D.C. Kinda tired of the bend but don't break approach, we tend to break as much as we bend.

We had 4 subpar recruiters on staff. 2 of them are now gone and another will be out when his contract expires in 2 weeks. We're only interested in young dynamic guys who can recruit well.

F U autocorrect! :L
Defensive line recruiter!
Now one must question how often you use the word "lube" for that to be the "autocorrect" choice.

Really their excuse is so teams can have a full time special teams coach, but the 'haves' will use it as a place to stuff former head coaches and other special assistants while the 'have nots' might actually use it for the intended purpose, mostly because a ST coach won't likely come as a high paying position and it won't break the bank on most of the cash strapped schools.

Sometimes it better to have a real special teams coach

I have no idea if Michigan has a real special teams coach or if it's a parent of one of the recruits/players.

I don't think most of the mistakes at the collegiate level on special teams are due to poor or missing coaching.

If anything, some teams simply don't spend as much of what limited time they are allowed on it, but that won't change with a dedicated coach.

It's been a rough season for State fans, I just need an excuse to post something to make me feel better.
