The scale on the left. If you like the way someone has been posting, you can give them a boost in their reputation. I don't think you can give any until you reach 50 posts. It doesn't mean all that much now. When the board gets bigger, however, it will be easy to tell who's good to chat with from those who are just here to fuck around.
