Lol!

Hey, you're the expert around here!

thanks

Oh man, that's exactly the fall i'm trying to avoid. so sorry ya got back issues...that can be tough.

i credit a properly matched set of clubs for most of my recent improvement.
I used to have a properly match set of clubs. Unfortunately, a couple of them were unable to avoid the bottom of water hazards where they now comfortably rest.

glad its over and looking forward to breaking par!

Watch out for the pain meds.

Every horror story out there about addictions to pain meds always seems to start with some average joe
who had surgery ...and then is a steady slide down hill.

Yeah but not me. We've had all the percs I could eat around here for some time with my wife's ailing grandmother and I have no great compulsion. My biggest concern about a regimine of them is constipation....that can be worse than the pain.

One side effect when I have taken pain meds recreationally is that it can be hard to get hard so that's the biggest reason I'll never get addicted. My wife's a babe!

lol, I can't help with the latter but the former ..

DO NOT takes this if you are already constipated.

When your system is moving, take this a couple of times a day before a meal. Putting it in watered down OJ works for me. (chase it with a class a water too)

This keeps me moving when I go on a heavy protein diet with little carbs.

(get ready for your turds to float instead of sinking like a stone)

based on that tadpole your holding up in your avi there will be no need to go springer fishing w/ you in 3-4 months. lolz….

I will crush you when it comes to giant game fish pics.

So one week out of surgery and I barely even need a sling. I'm having an awesome recovery and look forward to tearing it up this spring!

Tomorrow marks one month since my surgery and doc gave me the final clearance for any tolerable activity. Hit my first ball this week pain free! It was just a half a wedge but the pain from the clavicle joint is gone. A month from now I anticipate making some full swings.

I'm beyond stoked to kick some ass this year!

Didn't see this...

The only lifting I do is firewood which is likely what caused this.

5 weeks out and I'm doing great. I can hit some easy wedges. Shoulder doesn't hurt unless I push how far across I reach.

By April, I should be good to go.

My dad had a hip replacement in 2015 but came back to win his club championship last year.

Sweet.

Hit about 20 7 irons into my net today and it's getting easier each time.

It's been 6 weeks.....bring on April~

Good to see you're back swinging...I've never had surgery but two of my golf buds have and take it slow is what both have said is the key to full recovery and you seem to be on that same path.

Play well.
