Also, Tate (Zona QB) tweeted that he didn’t come to Arizona to play in the triple option.

I’m not sayin that Texas should contact him but... Texas should contact him.

Triple option in the PAC? It won't work unless that coach recruits all his offensive players from back east. He's going to be fvcked for recruits if he tries to recruit west coast kids.

Well I would expect the coach to adapt his schemes to fit the players/league he is in. Keep some elements and plays, but Navy doesn't have the recruits to run a west coast style offense.

If he makes the right tweaks, it could be very interesting. It's hard to completely switch gears and prepare a team to face an offense that they will only see once a year or less. Would give Zona a bit of an advantage.

    From the article:
"The prospect of ArizonaB bringing Niumatalolo and his offense to Tuscon..."

Spelling error or jab at Niumatalolo?

Based on what we saw in the bowl season, just about any offense would work in the PAC.

I don't think necessarily the triple otion wouldn't work to some extent in the conference. Ya, they won't get top talent but realistically how many 5 star recruits does Arizona get. People need to remember Oregon only became relevant because they had a gimmick offense and defense weren't prepared to play them a week after a pro style offense that littered the conference.

Arizona typically plays extremely late, like 8 PM pacific time kickoffs, add this offense to the mix and I don't know if many people make the end of the first quarter.
