The worst part about the officiating was when the refs penalized the Eagles fan in this clip for hurting the Carolina fans hand...

Not an Eagles fan. Just one Panthers fan beating the piss out of another. Apparently the guy doing the punching was one of those "I paid for these seats, and I'll stand for the whole game if I want to" types.

The refs were bad tonight, no doubt. One of those games that makes you think refs take bribes. They called personal fouls and pass interference against the Eagles very liberally, while ignoring nearly identical plays on the other side of the ball by the Panthers.

But...then they made some bad calls against Carolina. Cam scored on that run near the goal line. They got that wrong and charged the Panthers a timeout. That was hard to understand.

According to the replay booth Cam "did not" score on that play. IMO, by watching the replay it was close, but it looked like Cam's left foot hit out of bounds before he crossed the pylon. Nevertheless it was a hell of a play by Cam. Rivera screwed up by challenging the play, as the Panthers would have had 1st and goal at the one yard line.

2 minutes left in the 3rd. Eagles up 18 to 13 and its 2nd and 16. Wentz scrambles for a big gain and they call holding on number 61. Look at the two views, especially the 2nd. The ref is reaching for his flag... how does he see a hold on 61?



Look at the above picture. The guy right above Wentz is called for holding and the ref is staring right at it with his hand on the flag.

there is holding on every single play on the line of scrimmage. What I think you are requesting is some consistency from the refs.
Which is why you see a technical hold on a player (when flag is thrown) & you hear a commentator disagree with the call on instant replay, because they know it happens every play (stay consistent)

OK, OK... I know I'm beating a dead horse but the last time we had the Morelli crew was last year in Detroit and that game was 14 penalties to 3. Two long TD's taken away on phantom penalties. But heres the last one, I promise. With less then 2 minutes we have the ball and the lead. We run for the first down which ices the game but our RB fumbles. You cant see in this picture but our Center has the ball in his hand and a foot out of bounds meaning its our ball and game over. NOT ONLY IS A COACH IN A RESTRICTED AREA DURING A LIVE PLAY (15 yard penalty) he is pulling the ref away so he cant see and no call.

HOW CAN A COACH COME ON TO THE FIELD DURING A LIVE PLAY AND PULL THE REF AWAY FROM SEEING US WITH POSSESSION

No link but generally the poll starts around 6:30ish and ends around 9:30ish. Finally results are usually aired before they go off the air at 10am unless they continue the poll throughout the day.
