Actually, Nickelodeon started a new programming block this week called The Splat on TeenNick from 10pm until 6am, specifically to show their old 90's catalog like Ren and Stimpy.Ren and Stimpy and Rocko's Modern Life probably wouldn't be allowed on Nickelodeon. They show the old cartoons sometimes, but they won't replay them.
The network could come up with a new version of All in the Family, but it now way shape or form would it be allowed to follow the same format as the original.
I agree.I'm curious as to why not? All in the Family was designed to laugh AT Archie, why would today's execs have a problem with people laughing at a white man?
